AI Engineer

The role

You will design and build AI systems for enterprise clients — from ML pipelines to agentic workflows. You work at the intersection of architecture and engineering, ensuring AI initiatives move from prototype to governed production.

What you will do

• Build and deploy ML models, pipelines, and agentic AI systems
• Design MLOps infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement guardrails, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop validation
• Integrate AI components with existing enterprise systems via APIs and events
• Contribute to CMX's AI delivery methodology and tooling

What we expect

• 4+ years in ML engineering, data engineering, or AI systems
• Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns
• Understanding of enterprise integration (APIs, events, data contracts)
• Working proficiency in French and English
